Services

We provide digital and IT services to businesses in Chandigarh Tricity and across India. Deliverables, revisions and acceptance criteria are defined per project. Free consultation does not create a binding contract until a proposal is accepted.

Payments

Fees are payable as per invoice / SOW (typically advance + milestones). Delayed payments may pause work. Taxes (including GST where applicable) are extra unless stated.

Intellectual property

Upon full payment, client owns agreed final deliverables. Codifyguru retains pre-existing tools, frameworks and know-how. Portfolio display of non-confidential work is permitted unless you opt out in writing.

Client responsibilities

You must provide timely content, access and feedback. You warrant you have rights to materials you supply and that your use of the website complies with law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted under Indian law, Codifyguru is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Aggregate liability for a project is limited to fees paid for that project in the preceding three months.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Mohali / Chandigarh shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections.
